I LOVE stories where people put the welfare of others in front of their own and benefit in the end! Here’s one I just learned about: Australian Trainer Paul James (aka “PJ”). It will take you about 3 minutes to watch it and is full of good info!

Not just another boring documentary!
Also, rent this when you get a chance: Super Size Me. It’s a 2004 documentary by Morgan Spurlock who went from the type of natural diet I’m touting to eating McDonald’s for every meal for 30 days. And don’t be put off by the word “documentary”… he’s a hoot! Fun to watch but it will leave you thinking about what’s going in your body. (It’s on Netflix “Watch Instantly” if you subscribe. Handy dandy.)
